Hello! What brings you to look into who I am?  I am humbled that you thought enough of me to look into my profile a little more.  Malcolm Gladwell wrote in his book, Outliers, that in order to really begin to excel at a task 10,000 hours should be spent on the task.  I have read for the first part of my life, now I am prepared to begin to write.  I’m writing to find out who I am and what direction my life should go, mostly professionally.  I look forward to hearing from you and wish you the best in your ventures and quest for a fulfilling life.

    Hi Nora,

Congrats! I have nominated you for the “Liebster Award”! This means that you are one of my top 10 favorite blogs. Please follow the steps here to accept the nomination:

It’s not so demanding, I promise.

I look forward to hearing your responses to these 10 questions.

    • Dear Brad,

I am stunned. Push me over with a feather stunned. I don’t know how other people react to this, but 1. until today no one from my personal life knew I had a blog (I told two people today because I could not keep it to myself anymore) and 2. if no one ever read what I wrote I would still keep writing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made my day. Have a wonderful weekend. I look forward to your next post.

      Always grateful,

        Dear Nora,

You are quite welcome. I love reading your stuff, because it has a lot of meaning. It’s a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work. I know you will, because you write with soul.

        All the best,

  2. Hi Nora,
Thank you so much for nominating for the Liebster Award! Is there anything that I need to do, in order, to be accept the nomination?

  3. Hi Nora,
I have taken the time to complete the requirements to receive my award. So what do I need to do, in order, to get the banner for my page?

  4. Hi, I googled the Liebster Award image and placed the picture on my wall. If I was better at figuring out WordPress, I would find a way to display it permanently. I notice that some of the blogs on WordPress have these “awards” at the bottom of the blog. Best of luck, I wish I was more help to you. I do apologize for being so tardy in my reply to you. Life always gets in the way of what we really enjoy doing. Have a great rest of the weekend. -Nora

  5. Update on the Poetry Group: I am going to have to put this off till next week. I began my new work schedule and I am tired. We have the list and if either of the two that submitted ideas as to how to set up this group would like instead to “take over” I am all for that. Just email me or comment here and I actually hope someone takes me up on this offer. I wanted to be a “participant” not the leader on this. But I will help construct the format of the group and provide the “platform” obviously for the setup and if no one volunteers I will group people next week and simply set a date to have your poem posted, maybe a label and tag we will all use, and a date to try and have reviews done (a week shouldn’t be hard). I will wait and see what kind of responses I get here.

I am going to tag this post with PCG1 for now.
